I am a graphic designer always looking for new challenges. My work includes magazine design, from layout to choosing photos and placement of text, to proofing and specs for the final stages for printing. This also applies to brochures, flyers and business cards. Portfolio and references presented upon request.

In addition to my graphic design skills, I am a painter.

Graduating from The duCret School of Art in North Plainfield, N.J., in 1975, I learned the basics of color and design, and had a unique opportunity to study with Dr. Furman J. Finck, who taught the Science of Paint. Learning to make our own materials with traditional techniques has been invaluable to me. Since then, I have attended many classes and workshops in the arts.

I live in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, and I am surrounded by beautiful, rural landscapes and ever-changing skies. Often in awe of the nuances of color and light, I am inspired to paint. Back in my studio, I try to recreate the essence of the moment. Sometimes the process leads me to other places, and I end up with a totally different painting than I intended. That’s usually a fun journey. My favorite mediums are oil and acrylic.

My work has been shown in New Jersey, West Virginia, Arizona, Florida and Pennsylvania. My home and studio are located in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. I also like the challenge of commissioned work.
